SOUL SPA SANTA FE
A Weekend That’s Good for the Soul
Hosted in partnership with The Ridge Santa Fe, Soul Spa Santa Fe 2026 is held in one of Santa Fe’s most beautiful boutique settings—an intentional, design-forward retreat home that feels both elevated and deeply grounding. Hosted by Erin Doerwald and Courtney Morris, Soul Spa is a weekend designed for meaningful, lasting change. Each participant receives 1:1 preparation and integration coaching sessions before and after the retreat, creating a personalized container that supports real transformation and sustainable wellbeing. You’re not just going retreat - you are gaining insights that will forever change the way you approach life and feel inside your mind, body, and soul.
The Ridge’s art collection—curated by the former director of SITE Santa Fe—brings a quiet, iconic Santa Fe sophistication to the space. Throughout the weekend, guests are supported by a rare, multidisciplinary team of trusted Santa Fe experts, with mindful yoga, meditation, guided hiking, and restorative practices as the foundation. Nutritional coach Blair Anderson curates the entire food experience, bringing practical coaching insights, a signature cooking class, and take-home recipes to support sustainable healthy habits. Saturday night’s signature evening experience features a guided visualization and sound bath to deepen self-awareness and inner clarity. The weekend also includes a restorative afternoon at Ten Thousand Waves, featuring a private group soak and a group meal at Izanami, with optional spa treatments available through their menu.

MIND
Your co-hosts offer a supportive container—beginning with 1:1 co-coaching with Courtney and Erin before the retreat and continuing afterward—grounded in mindfulness and real-life integration. Soul Spa blends ancient wisdom traditions with evidence-based clinical and coaching frameworks, creating space for mental clarity and meaningful change. Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided to gently explore the patterns that shape your inner world—self-limiting beliefs, cognitive distortions, and the inner critic—and then practice new ways of relating to your thoughts with more compassion, agency, and confidence. Meditation, gentle yoga, reflective journaling thoughtful group facilitation are integrated throughout the weekend—so the shifts you experience don’t stay on the cushion, but translate into real life.
BODY
Movement, nourishment, and true restoration are at the heart of the Soul Spa weekend. Each day includes gentle, expert-led yoga and mindful movement, plus guided hikes in Santa Fe’s high desert landscape—inviting energy, strength, and grounded presence without pushing or performing. All meals are curated by the phenomenal health + lifestyle coach Blair Anderson of Wellness to Gather. Every dish comes with simple, practical insights—so you’ll understand what makes it supportive (for energy, mood, metabolism, gut health, and overall vitality) and how to bring those choices into everyday life. You’ll also enjoy a hands-on cooking class and receive recipes to take home, because wellness shouldn’t end when the retreat ends. To round out the experience, you’ll spend a restorative afternoon at the world-famous Ten Thousand Waves, including a private group soak and a delicious group meal at Izanami, their iconic Japanese-inspired restaurant (with the option to book additional spa treatments directly through the Ten Thousand Waves menu).
SOUL
Soul Spa creates space for soul-level restoration: connection, meaning, and a renewed sense of purpose. In the high desert stillness of Santa Fe, and in the stillness of yoga + meditation, you’ll be invited out of autopilot and into deeper listening—through reflective practices, time in nature, and heart-centered community. Research in wellbeing continues to affirm what many of us know intuitively: meaning and connection aren’t “extras”—they’re essential to resilience, mental health, and long-term vitality. Studies also highlight the role of awe—those moments of wonder and spaciousness that remind us life is bigger than our to-do lists—as a powerful pathway to greater wellbeing, perspective, and emotional renewal. This retreat is designed to help you reconnect with what’s true for you, what you’re becoming, and what makes your life feel aligned.
Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.

—KB, Soul Spa 2025 Participant
“Soul Spa Santa Fe was truly one of my favorite weekends of my life. Erin and Courtney put together the most beautiful, delicious, fun, nourishing and rejuvenating experience I could have ever hoped for. All of the Hello Wellness facilitators and teachers were brilliant and incredibly warm and caring, people I hope to go on retreat with them many times over in the future. The mindfulness and yoga activities were nurturing, joy- filled and horizon-expanding. The food was next level delicious. The outdoor experiences were gorgeous and memory making. Truly, truly a dream luxury weekend with the absolute best people in wellness.”
